Fee guidance includes: wifi | Heating | water | rates | rubbish collection | clean linen once per week | 24/7 on call assistance provided by Southernhay House Hotel:
1 month £1,950, 3 months or longer £1,750 pcm. Fee payable in advance in full on booking plus 1 month security deposit.
