The early Victorian workshop with ‘rooms above’ has been extensively converted and modernised into two separate environments.
On the ground and mezzanine, a spacious retail area – currently occupied by a vintage clothes shop; very much in keeping with eclectic, indie vibe of Exeter’s hipster quarter.
On the upper two floors: light and airy offices currently occupied by a start up company and independent entrepreneur, with an untapped attic to the rear, just waiting for the magic to happen.
