Number Nine Exe currently has just one office available to let: the Third Floor, with its own kitchen and bathroom facilities. All offices are let on three-year leases.
Rent and Service charge, once agreed, are fixed for the three years, with no hidden extras. We’re aiming for certainty on payments with the flexibility of shorter leases. On entry, you will receive our “handbook” with detailed instructions and an explanation of all aspects of Number Nine Exe. Our hotel, Southernhay House Hotel, is just opposite and is on call 24/7 for emergencies (there are some preferential terms at the hotel for our tenants, too!).

We’ve kept some of the underlying patinas of paint on the stairs, to remind you of the past…in a modern context. The communal areas are cleaned and serviced once a week. Our cleaners will also clean your work space by private arrangement.
