Number Nine Exe currently has two offices available to let: the Basement and the Ground/First Floor. The offices can be let separately or together to suit your company’s needs.

All offices are let on three-year leases. You can view the financial terms here.

Both have fixed rent for the three years, fixed service charge and no hidden extras. We’re aiming for security with the flexibility of shorter leases. On entry, you will receive our “handbook” with detailed instructions and an explanation of all aspects of Number Nine Exe. Our hotel, Southernhay House Hotel, is just opposite and is on call 24/7 for emergencies (there are some preferential terms at the hotel for our tenants, too!).

This has its own, separate, entrance with three distinct “zones”. Lighting can be individually varied throughout and a “warm” or “bright” setting is optional, depending on your work requirements. There’s a long kitchen/worktop area built in and a cloakroom, toilet and shower module by the entrance. Approx 992 square ft.

Communal Areas:

We’ve kept some of the underlying patinas of paint on the stairs, to remind you of the past…in a modern context.

Ground and First Floors:

This is quite a grand space; we designed this for public-facing business. For when you want to impress. Approx 1120 square ft.
