Here is a summary of the layout and style of our four office spaces.
New York style for Exeter. Exposed brickwork, open plan, dynamic and impressive.
Separate entrance and stand alone from the main building: three large work areas, large kitchenette/break out space, two loos and a shower.
Ground and First Floor
Straight up classic statement style. Calm, classy, traditional modern style at its best.
This suite has the most imposing windows, looking onto Southernhay itself and makes a big statement. With a new (not working) fireplace creating a stylish entrance/reception area, good working spaces throughout with plenty of light, upstairs a kitchenette and loo. The first floor has large interconnecting doors so offers a board room/break out private space if needed.
Not too flash, not too serious. Just right.
With long windows almost to the floor and open plan front to back, this is the space that has won most hearts for its easy and casual feel. With its own loo and kitchenette, the office also has a permanent table in the kitchen area for informal meetings.
Proper “wow” factor with Cathedral views, light and airy, a retreat from the city bustle.
This space is the most individual and has a feeling of complete privacy. It could equally be an artist’s studio as a hive of creative activity! With a small kitchenette and loo (and the best data links in town) you could happily work all day here, remote from the chatter of the street.
